New Members

Our registration process is simple and easy - just follow the three steps below:

1)  Register with our Momence booking system below;

2)  Complete our PAR-Q form -  this is mandatory for all new members and you may be turned away if not completed;

3)  Then head to our booking portal to see our live timetable and book/pay for your chosen session.
